    If you have an issue with your machine, please create a video showing the symptoms. 

  • You can then either post on Diaspora > Problems forum
  • Ping Shinguk (hardware issues), Damian (software issues) or Collin (coffee difficulties) on Basecamp
  • Or simply write us a message to our tech support system.

  • 1. If the same issue was reported previously, we can share a link to the posting/comment with the solution included.
    2. If it's a new issue, we can troubleshoot with you to figure out what causes the issue.

    If the issue cannot be fixed by changing settings, resetting, or tightening the bolt and nut

  • and if it can be simply fixed by replacing a part, we'll help you order the repair parts and give you detailed instructions via a video.
  • If the issue cannot be fixed on your own, we'll help you send the machine back to our factory in Hong Kong for repair.
