Black particles in the water tank

Some users have reported black particles in their water tank.

We're not sure what that is, but our guess would be that it's particles from the water heater weld points, coming out.  But it can be other things, like precipitation from the water itself, or burnt milk that got sucked back into the steam heater (obviously, not on a new machine) What we'd recommend is giving the water path a bit of a rinse out until the particles are gone.  Here is our suggestion:

1. rinse your water tank out and fill it with clean water
2. make an advanced shot, with a tank preheated to max.
3. this will cause about 10 minutes of water circulating.
4. once the circulating ends, turn off the DE1, pour out the water in the thank.
5. put in fresh water, turn the DE1 on, and let the tank heat again
6. turn the DE1 off, and check to see if the water is clean.
7. repeat until the water in the tank is clean
