The water level reading is off

When the water level reading is off, there are 3 cases:

1) The water level reading is lower than the actual water level in the tank.
  • When it happens, the refill warning can appear when there is still enough water in the tank
  • In that case, please reseat the water level tube to reset the water level. 

  • Remove the 8 x T10 torx screws on the machine cover.
  • Take it off
  • Pull the ends of the tube out gently.

    • Tubes ends to remove

  • Check the water level sensor's plastic barb connectors if there is any flash on them.

    • Flash

  • If it's clean, you can put the tube back on.
  • If there is a flash, please remove it with sandpaper. And then put the tube back on.

    • 2) The water level reading is higher than the actual water level in the tank.
  • If the water level is stuck at the maximum (about 2000ml), it can be a water level sensor issue. 
  • In that case, please contact us to order repair parts. 

    • 3) Water level is fine but the refill message pops up too often.
  • Please check if the Refill at setting is too high.

    • Refill at setting too high

  • Change the Refill kit detect setting on [Settings - Machine - Calibrate - Page 3] to Force off.
