Our Warranty:

  • We have a "happiness guaranteed" policy on all our products.
    • All our products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund on the product.
    • If you are having problems and notify us within 30 days, we will extend your right-to-return period while we help you resolve your concerns.
    • Please note that the refund doesn't include shipping costs.
    • Most problems can be fixed by you, with our help.
    Warranty period
  • All our products come with a 2 year Warranty
    • You can extend your espresso machine warranty.
      • We recommend you keep your espresso machine forever in warranty by purchasing 2 year extensions.
      • The warranty is transferred to the current owner of the machine.
      • Damage caused by you is not covered.
      • This offer is available to all owners, including second-hand, refurbished, and out-of-warranty machines.

    Buy: Two year service warranty for DE1

    (valid 60 days after purchase).
  • Under warranty:
    • We start with email, chat, Youtube videos, and move to a personal video call with our engineer if that doesn't resolve your issue.
      • Live video and phone help is available in English, Chinese, Arabic, Korean and French.
      • Email help is available in these languages, as well as in Japanese, Hebrew, German, Italian and Spanish.
      • If you buy a warranty extension, it will automatically start at the end of your current warranty period. There will be no gaps in warranty coverage.
    • If your machine needs to be repaired:
      • If you can fix the problem, we will send you parts for free.
      • If the problem cannot be fixed by you, we will send you a shipping label to get the machine to us, fix it, and send it back to you.
      • There will be no charges for parts and labor.
      • We pay for shipping and taxes from these locations:
      • If the machine is not in one of these countries, or is no longer in the same country it was originally sold to, you will have to pay for shipping and taxes.
      • In cases of ill treatment of the machine, the repair will not be covered under warranty, and we reserve the right to cancel the warranty and refund your current warranty payment.
      • Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
    Not under warranty:
    • If a repair is needed that you can do, we will sell you the parts and help you make the repair yourself.
    • This flat fee includes all parts, labor, as well as shipping to/from from the locations we support. Despite treaties to the contrary, your country might charge you tax on the repair itself, which is your responsibility to pay.
    • You cannot use a new warranty until any current problems with your machine have been resolved.
    • You cannot report a problem for repair under warranty for 60 days after purchasing a new policy, if you were previously not under warranty.
    • A machine considered 'stolen' is not covered by our warranty.
