Bent leg on arrival
It's possible that your machine arrives with a bent leg base.
We've tried multiple things to prevent the issue.
But during the shipment, the staff of the logistics companies sometimes put the parcel sideways (Even though the box has a "This side up" symbol). They then stack other parcels on it.
If that happens, unfortunately, the leg can get bent.
If you receive your machine with a bent leg base and it's not too bad, you can try to straighten it as follows:
But if the leg base got bent too badly, or something broke during the transport, please send photos of the leg base to tech support. We'll send you a replacement leg base.
