If the steam temperature remains near the room temperature after the group head preheating finishes, the steam might be turned off.

In that case, please check

1) If the steam is not enabled on the Steam page in the Insight skin.

2) The steam timer is off on the Streamline main page.

3) The steam heater is off on [Settings - Machine - Calibrate - Page 3]
