DE1XL internal panel refit
Here are instructions on how to mount an internal panel (introduced in February 2021) to your DE1XL machine.

What do you need?
You simply need an internal back panel to get mounted on your DE1XL machine with a Torx T10 screwdriver.
Step 1: Remove the back panel
Step 2: Remove the standoffs
Unscrew the 4 x sets of standoff, round magnet and Torx screw.
Step 3: Unplug everything
If your DE1XL is already plugged in and set up, you need to unplug the power cord, the refill tube and the Ethernet cable.
Step 4: Unscrew uptake handle knob
Manually unscrew the uptake handle knob.
Step 5: Mount the internal back panel
Mount the internal back panel (adjust manually and ensure that all the cuts fit properly.
Step 6: Re-install standoffs and tubes
Reinstall the 4 standoff sets (standoffs, magnets and screws) with the Torx screwdriver. Plug the power cord, the refill tube and the Ethernet cable back in.
Step 7: Reinstall uptake handle knob
Reinstall the uptake handle knob through the slot.
Step 8: Reinstall the XL back panel
Reinstall the XL back panel, sticking on the round magnets.
