If you make coffee in a busy environment and you don't have time to flush after every shot or wipe the screen with a cloth, try Decent's Freckles shower screen. Freckles features 1,000 very densely placed holes to compensate for potential clogging that might occur with less-frequent cleaning. Since espresso has more fines, we recommend using freckles for espresso brewing.

If you're a DE1 v1.0 owner and you're replacing the default IMS screen, you can use the screw already in the machine. DE1 v1.1 or newer owners can use the improved screw that is included with the purchase.
