We've finalized the design for the suitcase foam for Bengle.  All parts sit safely isolated, and there's room for all the typical coffee accessories.  Pictured above is the "prototype foam", which is a very dense, hard foam that is easy to computer machine, but isn't what we'll be using. Our final foam is the same stuff that is in bicycle helmets.  The mould costs for this sort of foam are high: over USD$10k, so you really want to make sure you get your design right.
