Here is John's older tutorial, with a different technique than Dennis.
John has switched to the Dennis/Lance steaming technique now, as he prefers it.
Lance Hedrick's tutorial is much longer, and goes into detail about every-little-thing. I think it's excellent, and have switched to the method that Lance (and Dennis Hew) recommend.
