Bengle's air gap drain idea
This is a R&D in progress. We're working on making it easy for you to remove the draining drip tray on our upcoming Bengle espresso machine, even if it's plumbed in.
Usually, “draining” means a tube connected to the drip tray, so removing it for cleaning means tedious disconnecting and then reconnecting. We borrowed the idea from car mechanics changing car oil. We're making this a part of our coffee cart, but naturally we'll share how we do it and sell you the parts cheaply, so you can do the same with your espresso machine installation, if you want it all plumbed in.
