A low-proof rum cocktail with espresso liqueur, passion fruit, lime, orange, and pineapple juices, plus simple syrup. It is lightly tart and lightly sweet, with low alcohol strength at about 12% ABV.
With passion fruit puree, espresso liqueur, and orange juice replacing the apricot liqueur, it tastes tarter and more coffee- and citrus-forward, with less apricot sweetness.
