Full recipe:
Espresso Machine Eggnog:
In a blender, put: - 1 large egg - 150ml whole milk - 80ml salted caramel - (optional) powdered cinammon
steam heat the mix to 80ºC - (optional: briefly blend after heating)
serve into a small cup - I serve about 50ml - (optional) powder ground cinammon on top of the cup
Boozy variation: - add 10% of spiced rum (vanilla, oak flavors) - in a 50ml of eggnog mix, add 5ml of spiced rum
