This longer time is because we are airmailing your order to our US warehouse partner, who then clears customs and pays the tariffs for you. Your now-cleared package is then inside the US and delivered to you via the US Postal Service.
This slightly convoluted process helps avoid any unpleasant surprises with US customs.

Our delivery time calculation starts from when we box each order until the courier tells us it was delivered. This includes time needed for local pickup and customs clearance. We box all orders each morning at 8 AM, Hong Kong time zone, from Monday to Friday.
