A light rum highball with muddled mint, lime juice, simple syrup and a splash of club soda. It is lightly tart from the lime, sweet, and low in alcohol at about 12% ABV.
Muddled mint and simple syrup replace the watermelon, grenadine, and rose water for a mintier, less fruity and floral drink, with rum instead of tequila.

- Different: 2 oz rum instead of tequila; muddled mint and 1 oz simple syrup instead of watermelon, grenadine and rose water; .75 oz lime juice; fine-strained, with a mint sprig.
Rhubarbarita
A low-proof blanco tequila cocktail with lemon, Grand Marnier, rhubarb puree, and grenadine. It is tart with citrus acidity and balanced by moderate sweetness, and it is light at about 13% ABV.
Lemon juice, Grand Marnier, and rhubarb purée replace the lime, watermelon, and rose water, making it tarter, orange- and rhubarb-forward, and less diluted without the soda.

A split-base tequila and gin cocktail with green pepper, lime, agave syrup, and Green Chartreuse. It is moderately acidic, lightly sweet and balanced, and moderate in strength at about 15% ABV.
Green pepper and Green Chartreuse replace the watermelon, grenadine and rose water, while added gin and no soda make it more vegetal, herbal and boozier.
