Queen's Park Swizzle
A rum swizzle with mint, lime, Angostura and Peychaud's bitters, and demerara syrup. It is tart and moderately sweet, with moderate strength at about 15% ABV.
Muddled mint and demerara syrup replace the passion fruit, orgeat, and simple syrup, while extra lime and bitters make it mintier, tarter, and less tropical-fruity.
- Same: Rum, lime juice and Angostura over pebble ice.
- Different: 2 oz aged rhum; muddled mint and demerara syrup instead of simple syrup, passion fruit and orgeat; 1 oz lime juice; built and swizzled in a Collins glass and topped with Angostura and Peychaud's.
Rhum Club
A rum cocktail with lime juice, Angostura and orange bitters, orange wedge, Creole Shrubb, and cane syrup. It is tart and acidic, with light sweetness, and moderate at about 16% ABV.
Creole Shrubb, orange bitters and cane syrup in place of passion fruit and orgeat make it less tropical and nutty, more orange-forward and tart.

Grapefruit and honey in place of passion fruit and orgeat make it more tart and less nutty and tropical, with more rum overall.
- Same: A blend of Appleton and El Dorado 15-year rums with lime juice.
- Different: Three 1 oz rums including Gosling's instead of overproof rum; grapefruit juice and honey syrup instead of simple syrup, passion fruit, orgeat and bitters; .75 oz lime juice; built and swizzled in a Collins glass, with no garnish.
Conquistador
A low-proof rum-and-tequila cocktail with egg white, lemon and lime juices, and orange bitters. It is mildly acidic and lightly sweet, with about 11% ABV.
Tequila and egg white make it silkier and more agave-led, without the tropical passion fruit and orgeat.

- Different: 1 oz aged rum plus 1 oz blanco tequila instead of three rums; egg white, lemon juice and orange bitters instead of passion fruit, orgeat and Angostura; dry-shaken into an egg coupe.
