Rugby Punch
A tea-infused Scotch punch for a group with Amaro Nonino, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, sugar, club soda, and Champagne. It is tart, medium-sweet, and moderately strong at about 17% ABV.

Muddle the lemon twists, sugar cubes and club soda together in a pitcher until the sugar breaks down fully. Add the rest except the champagne, add ice cubes until the pitcher is three-quarters full, and stir until cold. Strain over 1 large ice block in a punch bowl and top up with the champagne. Lemon wheels to garnish; serve with punch glasses and a ladle.
