We have 32 colored chassis in stock. These are 4x DE1PRO, 4x DE1XL, in each of the 4 colors. If you order a v1.44 model and we have your color/model in stock, we'll ship your machine out in a few days. If we run out, I'll indicate that below, but we'll also be in touch and give you the option of upgrading to v1.45, and paying the difference (if any).
All purchases are 100% refundable until the day we ship your order.
With a new DE1, the colors are sold as a "customized DE1", so you can apply the color kit to any model. Start with a black or white DE1, and also customize many other things besides (wood handles, group head controller color, ceramic color).
We will send you a 360º movie of your machine, confirm that you're happy with it, before we ship it. If it isn't as you expected, we'll work with you to correct that.
New DE1 buyers can choose to get a (current generation) v1.44 DE1 model or a (next generation) v1.45 model.
We have enough stock of colored chassis, that we can build 4 models of each shape/color. We have 4 DE1PRO, and 4 DE1XL of each color.
If you order one of the few v1.44 color models we have in stock, we can ship it within a week.
If you choose to buy a v1.45 model, we'll ship it to you by October 1st 2023.
The v2 Suitcase has moulded areas to hold four accessories.
These conditions apply:
your order must be placed by July 15th 2023.
if we don't get enough orders for a specific color/model, we might not choose to make it.
in that case, we'll contact you, and offer to refund your money or let you choose another color
we'll let you know shortly after July 15th.
It will take us about 60 days to get the parts made in each color
We'll ship your DE1 (or refit kit) by October 1st.
Probably, it will be before then, but I prefer to give you a later estimate so I can surprise you by shipping earlier, instead of disappointing you by shipping late.
To buy a custom-colored machine, you can choose two ways:

or you can start with any DE1 model, click ADD then then click CUSTOMIZE.
Then choose the color chassis you want.
This is the most powerful way, as you can then customize any aspect of your machine.
